Keep owner and tenant discussions inside the system so decisions, rent issues, repairs, and REPS evidence remain attached to the property. Use @mentions in the message body to call out owners directly.

Built-in messaging should be the source of record. WhatsApp can later send notifications or mirror threads, but system messages keep context, permissions, audit trail, and REPS support intact.
